You are expected to be like a sign-shaped showing direction. A role model not a task master. God has stratecgically position you in your current position to fulfil your God's ordained destiny. Therefore do'nt fail God; In addition take note of this and do not forget that on your way to the top there are people you surpassed and know how you treat them, hence the Top is for a period of time. On your down ward path the same people may become a helper or allow you to fall into ruin. Do'nt be a Boss , be a leader by example, because whatsoever a man sow the same shall he reap Gal. 6:7.
