Title: "KNOWLEDGE" Knowledge: An important resource for effective leadership is knowledge of God. His word and the operations of the word of God. The Bible says, but they that know the Lord their God shall be strong and do exploits. Leadership is about conveying God's plan and purposes to His people. To be able to do this, one must know God's plan. This we know through His word as well as through intimacy with God in prayers and meditation. Information leads to transformation and instruction delivers from destruction. A leader must be versatile, have a deep knowledge of his subject as well as having ideas in all other disciplines.
