Title: "THOUGHTFUL" Let us examine the word thoughtfulness and why it is necessary to be considerate when dealing with others; remember that a man that going about arrogating himself cannot go far in life, neither can he impact the world around him positively. Whosoever arrogated himself shall be abased. Therefore the need to be careful when dealing with others is inevitable , because one is not a leader until you have people following you without coaxing or forcing them. Whatever level God has choosen you to lead, he has done that for you, that you might lead his people, therefore humble yourself and be considerate, then people would like to be carry along and be subject to your directives because they saw in you a mark of leadership by example. Always remember that in the place of honour people count. When you learn how to put other first, a top place is assured because God will surely exalt you.
